These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ICHINGO (the “Service”), operated by ShenZhen YiLiYaSe International Co. (“ICHINGO”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

ICHINGO is an independent, informational travel-guide platform for visitors to China. We provide step-by-step guides, a trip-planning tool (“Trip Mode”), reference tools (currency conversion, address cards, expense tracking) and general travel information. ICHINGO is not a travel agency, visa agency, payment processor, transportation provider, or booking service. We do not sell tickets, accommodation, SIM cards, or travel insurance, and we do not act as an intermediary for any transaction between you and a third-party provider.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ichingo.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
  • Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of our guides or tools without permission
  • Submit false information during registration, including impersonating another person
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

4. Third-Party Services & Links

Our guides reference and link to third-party apps and services — including but not limited to Alipay, WeChat Pay, DiDi, 12306, Amap/Gaode Maps, Trip.com, Airalo and others — for your convenience. We do not own, operate, control, or guarantee the availability, accuracy, or safety of these third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is governed entirely by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not a party to, and accept no liability for, any transaction or dispute arising between you and a third-party provider.

5. Travel & Entry Information Disclaimer

Visa requirements, entry policies, transit rules and similar information displayed on ICHINGO are provided as general guidance only and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information current, but we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. You are solely responsible for verifying current visa and entry requirements with your nearest Chinese embassy or consulate before booking or traveling.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ICHINGO — including guide text, illustrations, the ICHINGO name and logo, and the design of our tools — is owned by ShenZhen YiLiYaSe International Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — without limitation — warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Travel involves inherent risk; ICHINGO does not warrant that any guide, tool, or piece of information will prevent inconvenience, loss, or harm.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICHINGO and ShenZhen YiLiYaSe International Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including reliance on any information, tool, or third-party service referenced within it.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you’ve violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support@ichingo.app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
